유전자 선별 시대에 분배정의의 실현을 위한 선교적 과제 - 기독교평등공동체 구현을 위한 선교를 중심으로

초록[abstracts]

[플라톤(Platon)의 《국가론》에는 인간의 타고난 본성과 신분에 따른 역할 분담을 통해 이상 국가 실현 가능성을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 그가 생각한 타고난 본성에 따른 계급 사회는 신분 상승뿐만 아니라 교육의 기회까지 박탈하고 있어서 철저한 계급 사회를 여실히 보여주고 있다. 플라톤의 《국가론》에서 보듯, 그 시대 사람들은 자신의 신분이 미리 정해진 삶과 마주쳐야 했고, 당시 이러한 계급사회는 한국 사회에서도 그대로 재현되고 있다.  오늘날 한국 사회에 등장한 수저계급론에서 보았듯이, 이 사회는 소득 격차에 따른 신분 제도와 교육 및 사회적 지위의 차별이 이루어지고 있다. 특히 이 신분 사회는 생명공학 시대의 유전자 선별 기술과의 직접적인 연관성을 가진다는 점에서 윤리적 문제로 부각되고 있다. 우성 유전자 선별 기술은 새로운 계급 사회 곧 유전자계급 사회로 이어질 가능성이 제기 된다. 따라서 이 글에서는 수저계급론과 신분사회 그리고 유전자 조작의 혜택 여부에 따른 신분 사회의 윤리적 문제를 논의하기 위해 《국가론》에 나타난 계급사회를 시작으로 한국 사회의 수저계급론과 소득의 불평등 그리고 생명공학 기술과의 연결 가능성 살피고 이에 대한 해결을 위해 공정한 분배와 신분계급 사회에서 예수의 보편적 구원과 사랑에 관한 선교적 과제를 제시할 것이다.

A greek philosopher Plato, in his book 「The Republic」 came up with a possibility of a ideal nation state by implementing the inherent humanity and social status of human being. In his understanding, however, social classes classified by the inherent humanity is depriving of moving up chance in social ladder and even educational opportunities. As seen in his work 「The Republic」, the contemporary of the age had to face a predetermined life. Such a phenomena is no exception in Korean society as well.  Like a spoon-class, which means born with a silver spoon from birth, a status determined by natural birth is another dimension of class conflict throughout the Western society. It came alive in Korea as well, by means of revenue, social status, and educational discrimination. Such a feudal society is coming up as an emerging hot issue in that it has a close relation with PGS (Pre-implantation Genetic Screening) manipulation. As a result, dominant DNA screened by PGS test, has more chances to climb up a new feudal society comparing to inferior DNA. This study is designed to examine some ethical issues of feudal society in modern age comparing to Platos perspective on social classes described in his masterpiece 「The Republic」, from which will suggest a possibility of bio-political ethics to connect it with bio-technology, spoon-class-theory, income inequality, and a alternative for fair allocation in job opportunity and its revenue accordingly. Finally, I will suggest a missionary task concerning Jesus Universal Salvation of Jesus in the Social Class.]
