간호대학생과 비간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식과 안락사에 대한 태도 

= Nursing College Students and Non-Nursing College Students' Awareness of Bioethics Ethics and Attitude toward Euthanasia

다국어 초록[Multilingual Abstract] 

Purpose:　The purpose of this study is to investigate the awareness of biomedical ethics of nursing college students and non-nursing college students and to examine their attitudes toward euthanasia.  Methods:　The study design was a descriptive research study and analyzed 247 university students attending a university in G city. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 program. The general characteristics of the major were determined by number, percentage, and χ²-test. The difference between the awareness of biomedical ethics and attitude of euthanasia was analyzed by t-test.  Results: As a result of this study, there was no statistically significant difference in the awareness of biomedical ethics according to the subjects of the study(t=1.55, p=.124), but Statistical significance was found only in the sub-domain artificial abortion(t=2.33, p=.021). In addition, there was no statistically significant difference in attitude toward euthanasia according to subjects' major(t=-1.37, p=.171). Conclusions: In order to establish a desirable ethical structure as a society member of the future, university students should provide systematic education and various programs on euthanasia in addition to the biomedical ethics awareness.

국문 초록[abstracts] 

연구목적:　본 연구는 간호대학생과 비간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식 정도를 파악하고, 이에 따른 안락사에 대한 태도를 조사하기 위한 것이다.  연구방법: 연구설계는 서술적 조사연구이며, G시에 소재한 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 247명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 전공에 따른 일반적 특성은 실수와 백분율, χ²-test로 구하였다. 전공에 따른 생명의료윤리의식정도와 안락사의 태도 정도의 차이는 t-test로 분석하였다.  연구결과: 대상자의 전공에 따라 생명의료윤리의식의 정도는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나(t=1.55, p=.124), 하위영역인 인공임신중절에서만 통계적으로 유의한 결과가 나타났다(t=2.33, p=.021). 또한, 대상자의 전공에 따른 안락사에 대한 태도는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다(t=-1.37, p=.171).  결론:　대학생은 미래의 사회주역으로 바람직한 윤리관 확립을 위하여 생명의료윤리의식과 더불어 안락사에 대한 체계적인 교육 및 다양한 프로그램이 제공되어야 할 것이다.
