초록 (Abstract)

This law is important because it is the standard for enactment and revision of medical and health laws. This law starts with the reasonable assumption that people have the right to health and it is reasonable. This law regards government and local government, persons engaged in medical and health field, people themselves as what has the duty to protect the people"s health. That is basically right but, among the duties of those persons who engaged in medical and health field, there are some duties that are unnecessarily heavy. This law stipulates many means to protect of the people"s Health and, on the whole, they are appropriate. Hence, we can conclude that this law is ethically justified
