- 초록 (Abstract)
- The purpose of this capstone project is to develop the practical guidelines for cancer clinical trials which can be used in the sites of Clinical trial in order to improve practical skills of clinical research nurses. To grasp problemes that nurses face in conducting the cancer clinical trial, I investigate non-compliance cases occurres while clinical trial nurses carried out the trials and analyzed surveys about the problems that nurses face in the field works and their educational needs. Through out this research, I generalize contents that needs to be included in the practical guidelines and establish the overview for the new guidelines by developing new guidelines I will expect better performances of nurses in the field. Trials will be performed with strict moral and scientific criteria.
