초록[abstracts]
[지금까지 낙태문제가 안고 있는 다양한 학제간 논의는 크게 규준을 제시하고 실행하는 입장(철학, 법학, 의학)과 규준적용의 대상인 생명을 이해하고 돕는 입장(신학, 여성학)의 두 측면으로 구분할 수 있다. 이러한 접근에 있어서 학제성(interdisciplinarity)은 상호주관성의 관점으로 두 측면이 관계를 맺을 수 있도록 융합적 해석의 틀을 제공한다. 본 연구는 낙태문제의 핵심적 딜레마를 의학과 신학의 대화 필요성으로 해석하며 첨예한 갈등의 상황에서 당사자가 최선의 결정을 내릴 수 있도록 돕는 낙태의료상담(Medical-Counseling on Abortion: MCA) 절차를 제안한다. MCA는 상호주관적인 분석적 장(encounter field)의 토대 위에서 낙태문제를 재구조화하고, 현재 문제를 상담적으로 개념화하여 대상자의 정체성을 형성하고, 대상자가 낙태문제를 스스로 결정짓고 책임질 수 있도록 준비시키는 과정으로 이루어진다. MCA 절차를 적용한 낙태상담은 낙태 전 상담과정을 통해 낙태숙려기간을 충분히 활용할 수 있도록 유도하며, 궁극적으로 대상자가 상담 이후에도 생명의 문제를 책임감 있게 다룰 수 있도록 함의점을 제시한다.
The various interdisciplinary debates on abortion problems can be divided into two aspects: one side (philosophy, jurisprudence, medicine) to present norms, the other to understand and care the life (theology, women’s studies) which is the object of the norm application. In this approach, the interdisciplinarity provides a framework of fusion interpretation so that both aspects of interaction can be correlated with the perspective of mutual subjectivity. This study interprets the core dilemma of abortion as a necessity of dialogue between medicine and theology, and proposes a Medical-Counseling on Abortion (MCA) procedure that can facilitate the best decision process among the acute conflicts. The MCA is a process that helps prepare for restructuring the abortion issue on the basis of the mutually subjective encounter field, constructing the identity of the subject by conceptualizing how to counsel the current problem, making the decision of the abortion problem. Therefore, the MCA model facilitates to utilize the cooling-off period of abortion through the pre-abortion counseling process, and ultimately helps people cope with the life-threatening crisis in a responsible way, and provides the implications.]
