초록[abstracts]
최근 실종자, 변사자, 미아 등의 유전자 분석 자료는 지속적으로 증가하고 있으나, 현재 부계지수 등 친자확인을 위한 통계학적 계산은 대부분 수기에 의하거나 엑셀을 통해서 이루어지고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 지속적으로 증가하는 실종자․변사자․미아 등의 상염색체 short tandem repeats (STR) 유전자 분석 자료를 이용하여 친자확인 및 혈연관계 확인 시 지수계산에 필요한 알고리즘의 개발 및 친자ㆍ혈연관계분석이 가능하도록 지식기반 유전자정보 분석시스템 을 개발하였다. 본 시스템에서는 친자관계분석을 위해서 Lee 등 (2000)의 방법을 참고하였고, 혈연관계분석을 위해서 Identity by descent (IBD) 공식을 사용하여 계산을 수행하여 분석 설계하였으며, Knowledge Base를 이루고 있는 RULE에 의해 추론이 이루어지게 함으로써 분석속도를 향상시켰다. 또한 본 시스템은 일대일 비교와 다수의 시료를 동시에 비교하여 분석이 가능하도록 완성도를 높였다. 시스템 개발을 위한 프로그래밍 언어는 ‘Java’, ‘JSP’를 사용하였고, ‘Apache Tomcat’ 서버에서 구동되어 웹 서비스가 가능하며, ‘MySQL’ 데이터베이스를 통해 모든 정보가 관리된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서 개발된 시스템은 IT/BT 융합기술에 의한 전문성 및 통계분석 결과에 대한 신뢰성 확보는 물론, 대량 재난재해 시 발생될 방대한 유전자 분석 자료의 관리 및 친자·혈연관계 분석에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다.

Last missing person, killed person, missing child genetic analysis continues to increase, but paternity and kinship statistical calculations to confirm that most stories are conducted by or through Excel. Therefore, we continue to increase in missing person, killed person, missing child autosomal short tandem repeats (STR) genetic analysis using data confirm paternity and kinship in the development of algorithms for index calculation and analysis of paternity and kinship to enable knowledge-based system was developed to analyze genetic information. In this system, such as parenthood for analysis Lee (2000) Note how, and for analysis of blood ties Identity by descent (IBD) is calculated using the formula was designed to perform analysis, Knowledge Base is formed and by RULE By inference analysis be done to improve speed. In addition, this system compares with one day compared to multiple samples simultaneously raised the quality to be analyzed. Systems programming language for developing 'Java', 'JSP' was used, 'Apache Tomcat' server is running on a Web service is available, 'MySQL' database is maintained through all the information. Thus, a system developed in this study, the IT/BT Fusion by the professionalism and reliability for statistical analysis, as well as a vast mass of disaster resulting from genetic analysis of the data management and can be used effectively analysis of paternity and kinship.
