This study focuses on the change of human talent according to the development of artificial intelligence technology in the age 4th Industrial Revolution and suggests the prospect that Philosophy for Children Education is important in future moral education. In order to support the argument, first of all, we will analyze the characteristics of the age 4th Industrial Revolution, the prospects of future human talent, and the present human talent in government policies. Next, we will focus on the expansion and crisis of the expert system that will intensify ethical problems in future society by the development of artificial intelligence technology. Based on these, we will derive what future moral education should pursue. In the process, I would like to suggest that the value of 'doing philosophy' pursued by Philosophy for Children Education and the method of philosophical community of inquiry are important in future moral education.

국문 초록[abstracts] 

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대 인공지능 기술의 발전에 따른 시대적 인재상의 변화에 주목하면서, 어린이철학교육이 미래 도덕과 교육에서 중요하다는 전망을 제시하는 시론적 성격의 연구이다. 논지를 뒷받침하기 위해서 우선, 4차 산업혁명 시대의 특징과 미래 인재상의 전망 그리고 정부 정책 및 그에 따라 변화되고 있는 시대적 인재상을 분석할 것이다. 다음, 인공지능 기술의 발전이 미래 사회에서 윤리적 문제를 심화시킬 것이라는 점을 전문가(expert system)의 확장과 위기를 중심으로 고찰할 것이다. 이를 토대로 미래 도덕교육이 추구해야 할 방향이 무엇인지를 도출할 것이다. 그리고, 그 과정에서 어린이철학교육이 추구하는 ‘철학함’의 가치와 철학적 탐구공동체의 방법 등이 미래 도덕교육에서 중요하다는 주장을 제시하고자 한다.
